Working Principle:
The cherry pitting machine operates as follows:

Leveling: A roller brush evenly spreads the cherries into the positioning port, ensuring each cherry is accurately aligned.
Pitting: A punch precisely inserts into the cherry positioning port, quickly removing the pit while minimizing damage to the fruit.
Discharging: The pitted cherries and pits are discharged through separate channels to separate the cherries.
