5.Production process:Cut paper→roll lead into paper→roll the paper into pencil with glue→dry the wet pencil→cut two sides of the pencil→polish the pencil→package the pencil with plastic film→fix the eraser on pencil.


 
1.Paper cutter
This machine is to cut the newspapers into pieces for further processing.
One pencil need one paper size:18.3CM*54CM,one newpaper generally could make 3 pcs.
Put papers under the cutter blade, press the handle, paper will be cutted into your needed size.

2.Pencil rod making machine 
This machine used to roll the pieces of newspaper into pencil sticks.
With corresponding color, the machine will roll cutted paper into a stick with pencil lead.

3.Drying machine
