Application:

The main product of processing - meat emulsion, can be added to meatballs, sausages and other meat products in an appropriate amount, which can not only ensure the meat content, but also reduce the production cost of the enterprise, effectively prevent the waste of protein resources; the by-product of processing - broken bone It can be used to extract chondroitin, process expanded bone powder, and make animal feed.




Description:
1. It can make different materials by changing different  knifes and screen plate
2. The output rate of meat is 60%-75% for different materials
3. The output temperature is 2-3ºC higher than raw material to ensure the high quality paste
4. Can process diversified materials :  fish, chicken, goose, rabbit , duck, cattle,fish bone, chicken neck, chicken back, pork bone, hammer, beef bone, mutton bone, etc
5. Made by stainless steel SUS 304 , comply with the HACCP requirements
6. No any bones after separating, the paste can be processed directly.




Feature of 304 Stainless steel automatic fish meat deboner:
1.Get rid of fish head and tripe. Big fish, split in half. 
2.Put into the water to rinse,avoiding the separated flesh fish being polluted by fish impurities.
3.Put slices of fish meat into the hopper(The division face towards adopting tube,the backside pressed
   close to rubber belt.)
4.Fish moves with the rubber belt and goes into crush zone between adopting tubeand rubber belt. 
5.The fish meat will be squeezed into the adopting tube through its small holes.
   Then the fish particles will be sent out automatically as adopting tube rotates.
   Fish skin,Fish bone and other impurities will be scraped in the collecting tank 
   by scraper from the outside of the adopting tube.
6.During the whole separation process,it is no need to ask people to operate,whichmakes it convenient 
7.The degree of pressure between the rubber belt and the adopting tube is regulated by a slack adjuster
   of rubber belt located in the head of the machine.
8.The adjustment range can be changed flexibly according to the size of fish.
